Time: 10am Start each day

Details: This August I am going to be completing my second charity cycle event, which will consist of four 100+ miles of riding on four consecutive days with each day starting and finishing from The Crown, Marstons 2 for 1 Restaurant in Llay, Wrexham. This charity event will be known as the ‘4 Day de Pain’. During the four days of riding I will tackle some of the hardest climbs in the region. The aim of this ride is to help promote a good community link between the restaurant and Park CP Primary School in Llay.
