Local author Martine Bailey will be signing her Erddig-inspired historical novel ‘An Appetite for Violets’ at Waterstones Wrexham on Saturday 12th December, from 12 noon. Also available, ‘The Penny Heart’, her new historical crime novel picked as a Sunday Times Summer Reads choice. Both novels feature authentic historic recipes and festive gingerbread and fig tarts will be on offer.
