Learning at Lunchtime: Help your mental health with the

We all lead busy lives and our mental health can suffer. One way to ensure that we look after our own mental health is to learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing. This session will introduce you to the Five Ways and how they can be incorporated into your own life on a daily basis. We will look briefly at the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health problems and complete a mindfulness exercise.
