Health and Wellbeing Roadshows
The World Health Organisation defines health as a “state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease” (WHO, 2010). Our health is affected by many factors in our lives such as the environment, the existence or absence of a support network, where we live, our finances or lack of them, as well as our lifestyle. Whatever your circumstances are we may be able to help you achieve a status of positive Health and Wellbeing. To find out more visit our Health and Wellbeing Roadshows at Wrexham Library on Tuesday 9th October (all day), Rhos Library on Friday 12th October 10-12pm and Brynteg Library on Friday 12th October, 12-6pm. There will be something for everyone with information stands and activities throughout the day. Can you afford to miss them?

Sioeau Teithiol Iechyd a Lles
Mae Sefydliad Iechyd y Byd yn diffinio iechyd fel “cyflwr lles corfforol, meddyliol a chymdeithasol llwyr ac nid absenoldeb clefyd yn unig” (WHO, 2010). Mae nifer o ffactorau yn ein bywydau yn effeithio ar ein hiechyd fel yr amgylchedd, bodolaeth neu absenoldeb rhwydwaith cefnogi, lle rydym yn byw, ein harian neu ddiffyg arian, yn ogystal â’n ffordd o fyw. Beth bynnag eich amgylchiadau, efallai y gallem eich helpu i gyflawni statws Iechyd a lles cadarnhaol. I wybod mwy, gallwch ymweld â’n Sioeau Teithiol Iechyd a Lles yn Llyfrgell Wrecsam ddydd Mawrth, 9 Hydref (trwy’r dydd), Llyfrgell Rhos ddydd Gwener 12 Hydref, 10-12canol dydd a Llyfrgell Brynteg ddydd Gwener, 12 Hydref, 12-6pm. Bydd yna rywbeth i bawb gyda stondinau gwybodaeth a gweithgareddau drwy’r dydd. Allwch chi fforddio eu colli nhw?
