Bersham Colliery opens to the public on Easter Sunday and the last Sunday of the month over the summer. The site will be open between 10 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.. Entry and parking is free. The site includes the only remaining colliery headgear in north Wales, the winding house, many items of mining equipment and the North Wales Miners Association Trust mobile museum. North Wales Miners Association Trust open the site with the agreement of Wrecsam C.B.C. (There may be limited access on some occasions because repair work is about to commence on the site, but volunteers from the Trust will be present at every Open Day.)
