Fan Poll To Decide Next Season Wrexham FC Kit

Almost 4000 co-owners of Wrexham football club are being invited to choose the home and away kits that the team play in for the 2015/16 season via a poll.

Announcing an online poll of all Club Members at the football club’s AGM tonight, Club Director John Mills said: “Following a careful and detailed procurement process, we are delighted to have selected Adidas as our kit suppliers for next season. Adidas have been one of our most successful kit suppliers over the years and we have a proud history of success together.”

“Being a co-owner of Wrexham football club brings some fantastic benefits. Not only do we all own the club we love, and can participate in the running of it. Members also receive great discounts on season tickets and across many businesses in the town, as well as priority access to high demand games”.

“Our newest members’ benefit is the chance to help choose the kit for next season. We are sure this will prove very popular with fans and may just tip us over the 4000 members mark.”

“The online poll for Club Members on the WST website opened just as the AGM meeting closed, and will run until the final whistle at the Gateshead FA Trophy away replay on Tuesday evening. That’s just 5 days to ‘PickTheKit’ !”

“Since we secured ownership of the football club in 2011, it really has been a spirit of ‘Our Club, Our Future’ as we set about stabilising and then growing the club. We’ve made some great strides in the past couple of years, which we outlined at the AGM.

“We wanted to thank our members in our anniversary year, and to find something they could be a part of no matter where they live. So we are now saying to all our co-owners, it’s ‘Your Club, Your Shirt'”.

The winning strip will be revealed to fans at the home game against Barnet on Valentines day.
