Do you use public toilets and baby changing facilities across the county borough?

Wrexham Council is currently looking for feedback on the public conveniences it operates in the town centre, leisure centres, community resource centres, libraries and country parks.

The local authority is inviting members of the public to take part in a consultation to help “assess the community’s toilet provision needs and to put a plan in place to address the findings.”

As part of the consultation, participants are invited to have their say on which toilet facilities in the borough are good and which are poor.

It also includes questions on how adequate the toilet provision is in town / villages / country parks on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

There are similar questions on the changing facilities for babies, signage to identify the location of the toilets and hygiene provisions.

In a statement, Wrexham Council say: “We need to hear from residents, businesses and visitors.

“We’re keen to hear from anyone who regularly uses our public toilets – or who might rely on specific facilities like disabled toilets or baby changing areas.”

You can take part in the survey on the Your Voice Wrexham website. Paper copies of the survey are also available at our Contact Centre on Lord Street, Wrexham, along with all of our leisure centres and libraries.

The survey will be open until Friday 12th July.
