Wanted: Three Offenders Who Ran From Attempted Burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following an attempted burglary at a property in Wrexham last night.

Late last night several people contact Wrexham.com regarding police activity in the Hunstmans Corner area of Borras, with one person saying that one house in the area had been ‘taped off’ by the police.

Lisa Foster added: “Any idea what’s happened on Huntsmans Corner, Borras? Large amount of Police present an hour or so ago, also police dog attended.”

A spokesperson for North Wales Police confirmed they were called to an attempted burglary at Huntsmans Corner, Borras at 9:06pm last night.

Three offenders, who are described as being around 5ft 2 and wearing dark hoodies, were seen climbing over the gate of a property and into the garden on Huntsmans Corner, Borras shortly after 9pm last night.

The offenders smashed a patio window and were later seen running away from the property. Nothing was stolen from the house..

The offenders were also seen near Bieston Close, Borras earlier in the evening.

Anyone with any further information about the offenders or the incident is advised to contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting S162257.
