Theresa May Quietly Visits Wrexham Again

The Prime Minister was a few miles from Wrexham town centre again today, however the visit was kept even quieter than her last visit.

No local or regional media invited to the Prime Minister’s campaign visit in Bangor on Dee today, promoting the Conservative candidate Simon Baynes in Clwyd South.

The visit was around 5 miles away from Wrexham town centre, and only a couple of miles further away from town than her visit to Gresford.

We have attempted to contact organisers to discover why no local or regional media were invited.

On May 22nd the Prime Minister visited Gresford with the trip being kept quiet until the last moment, with our tweet of the big blue battle bus driving through Gresford raising eyebrows from staffers for ‘revealing’ the visit.

We were able to catch the moment the Prime Minister opted to exit via the back door:
