If your details haven’t changed you can simply reply by telephone, internet or text message. If you do need to make changes all you have to do is update the form with details of everyone who lives in the household and is eligible to vote then return it in the prepaid enevelope as soon as possible.”

You can only register to vote if you are a British Citizen, a citizen of the Irish Republic, European Union country or the Commonwealth. Details of your nationality are included in your passport. Information relating to asylum seekers, refugees or those with indefinite leave to remain can be found at the About My Vote website http://www.aboutmyvote.co.uk/.
