Police appeal for help locating a teenager from Shotton last seen at Maelor Hospital

North Wales Police have launched an appeal for the help in locating an 18-year-old female who was last seen at Maelor Hospital. 

Lauren Jones had been initially reported missing from the Shotton area during the early hours of this morning however police said she had been found.

Police have put out a further updated asking for her whereabouts after she went missing from Maelor Hospital Accident and Emergency department at around midday.

An police update on social media states: “Missing. Lauren Jones, 18 from #Shotton.

Last seen at Wrexham Maelor Hospital A&E around midday today June 25. Wearing grey hoodie, black trousers with check shorts on top. If you know where she is please call 101 ref X087909”
