A man has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order after breaching a Public Space Protection Order in Wrexham.

Carl Neville Williams was issued the Order by the court on Friday 21st April 2017.

Some of the conditions on Carl Williams state he must not:

1. Use or encourage others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place in Wrexham County.
2. Be in a state of intoxication through drug induced activity or other substances in any public place in England and Wales.
3. Be found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol in any public place in Wrexham County.

As well as stating what Carl Williams must not do, the Order also states what Carl must do. One of these requests is for Carl to engage with drug and alcohol services if requested to do so.

Sgt Laura Salisbury-Jones, said: “I would just like to reassure the public that action is being taken against those who are committing offences in our town centre and hope this will act as a deterrent to others involved in anti-social behaviour.”
