Man airlifted to hospital following serious collision in Llangollen

A man has been airlifted to hospital this afternoon following a ‘serious collision’ in Llangollen.

Emergency services were called to the incident on Berwyn Road in Llangollen shortly before 3pm.

Police say that a motorcycle was involved in the collision and advised motorists to avoid the area.

It has since been confirmed that a man has been airlifted to Stoke Hospital.

At the time of writing the road remains closed.
