A male voice choir will be performing a special tribute concert this month to commemorate the end of the First World War.

The Rhos Male Voice Choir will take to the stage at the William Aston Hall on Saturday 13th October with special guests Tra Bo’ Dau, Rhys Meirion, Aled Wyn Davies and Mark Lewis Jones.

Cllr David Griffiths, armed forces champion at Wrexham Council, said: “As we approach this very important commemoration event it is heartening to know that the Rhos Male Voice Choir is dedicating its annual concert to those who fought and died during this terrible conflict.

“I’m sure it will be a concert to remember.”

The concert will take place on Saturday 13th October at the William Aston Hall.

Tickets are £15.00 or £7.50 for those in full time education and are available at RMVC.co.uk or Wrexham tourist Information Centre, or telephone 01978 293293.
