A ‘full on chase’ through Acton to Caia involving stolen vehicles resulted in three arrests and two vehicles being recovered by police this morning.

UPDATE: A spokesperson for North Wales Police have just told us: “Three local males have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after two cars were stolen from separate addresses in Falcon Road Wrexham earlier today. Both vehicles have been recovered.”

Kev has also sent a picture of what is thought to be the recovered Megane, with a further pic from Sue of debris left on the street.

UPDATE: We have just been tweeted this by PCSO Yoxall, who put the detail out about the stolen cars this morning and further sightings. The police helicopter is no longer in the area, and Anthony Eden Drive is still effectively closed off by police.

UPDATE: Sacha sent us the top picture of what is thought to be one of the stolen cars, with the below sent to us by Michaela of a separate stop of another car in Caia. There are multiple as yet unconfirmed reports of several arrests, and damage to other vehicles as a pursuit took place in the area.

Original information below…

There has yet to be formal connection with information two cars have been stolen from the area this morning, but Dave told us ‘Police car chase on park avenue so be careful’.

Earlier Carley added that there were a number of police officers on the green by Bromfield Grove just off Rhosnesni Lane, with Zion also saying that nearby Craig Way had been blocked by police. There were also reports of a police presence on Park Avenue.
