A family friendly music and crafts event in celebration of the Celtic festival of Imbolc will be held next month.

The event, which is being held by local charity, Mountain Music and Arts Association will take place at Un-Deg-Un on Saturday February 1st.

Imbolc, also known as Saint Brighid’s Day, is a festival that marks the beginning of Spring. To mark the festival Undegun will play host to a day of activities beginning at 12pm.

There will also be a ‘bring and share’ buffet from 5.30 – 7.30 pm and the day will draw to a close from 8 – 11 pm with an evening of acoustic music. All events are free but donations would be welcomed to fund future activity.

Throughout the day Mountain Music working in collaboration with THIS Project are offering arts and crafts activities in the theme of the Imbolc festival including painting a mural, seed planting and willow craft.

Mountain Music & Arts Association are a registered charity that provides music and art workshops, events, live gigs and festivals for the general public, schools, youth clubs and vulnerable groups across North East Wales.
