A kitchen showroom looks set to occupy a vacant unit just outside Wrexham Town Centre.

An application submitted to Wrexham Council proposes that several fascia signs advertising BKoncepts, a kitchen showroom, are fixed onto units two and three on the small Regent Street Retail Park.

At present only Majestic Wine occupies the site – however the arrival of BKoncepts in units two and three will see the development at full occupancy.

The Regent Street site consists of three small retail properties and a large car parking space. Work on the Regent Street development began last summer following the demolition of the former Esso Garage in 2013.

Previously the site had not been used as a petrol station since 2007 and had served as something of an eyesore to the gateway to the town.

The units themselves vary in size, with Unit One measuring 3000sqft, Unit Two measuring 1000sqft and Unit Three measuring 2000sqft.
