Do you know where ‘Matty Ginge’ is?

Police have issued the above picture of Matthew Jones, 29 years old, apparently known locally as ‘Matty Ginge’.
North Wales Police have said today: “He is now wanted and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Do you know where he is?”
They add that Matthew frequents the Holway and Wrexham areas.
Unusually, rather than the usual ‘call 101’ request, they ask “If he is seen please call 999”.
