A car has crashed into the traffic lights on the Regent Street / Grosvenor Road junction.
Matt from La Baguette tweeted us the above image of the incident, adding: “Low sun causing issues in @wrexham this morning. Luckily everybody ok 👌 except the traffic lights obviously.”

Across North Wales several incidents on the roads have been reported this morning either due to the low sun or icy conditions. North Wales Police placed a warning at 9am to say “We are getting lots of reports of RTC’s due to ice on the roads across North Wales this morning. Please take care, and drive according to the road conditions.”
