My pleasure, they do look nice this time of year. Where we live we’re surrounded by oak trees and I’ve watched the green leaves arriving over the past week.
Nature is so marvelous, watching the seasons come and go.I noticed in The Daily Post today they mentioned that Rhyl had lost around 7000 shoppers in the first week since M&S and Next moved to Prestatyn. But…figures returned to normal after that first week. As I said earlier on here, Prestatyn is far too small for A retail park and we hated it. Rhyl council are quick to reinstate empty shops, and before you know it, it will be bustling again.
Are they? I’d heard they were doing that for the Christmas period but didn’t know they were carrying it on. I parked there a few weeks ago and paid £1 for 10 minutes.
Shoppers are not encouraged to come to Wrexham. The car parks are expensive. £2 minimum in Eagles Meadow even if you are popping into M&S or Debenhams for a few minutes. You can park in Mold for three hours for just 20p and it’s buzzing there. That speaks for itself.
Newport win 2-0 so Wrexham are still in the Conference. They will be meeting Chester in Derby meetings next year.
Good luck with Darlington, good team that deserve to be back too. No point in defending much on Sunday, they must go all out to get early goals.
Yet again two lads with a Merseyside accent involved. It may be the same two who smashed all the windows of my car a few months back. The police had them on CCTV but they let them off scot free.
