Current live data Wrexham Maelor hospital ….Sunday 9.50 pm. 88 patients , 7 hours 15 minutes waiting time in department , busier than usual.
Big variations in waiting times although number of patients broadly similar over several days.
Current live data in Wrexham Maelor Hospital…..Monday 2.30 pm 90 patients waiting time 4 hours 15 minutes , busier than usual.
Given that they don’t appear on the count until they’ve been triaged, somebody has assessed them as being in need of some level of treatment.
I worked there a few years ago and I doubt that the system has changed much.
Current live data Wrexham Mwelor Hospital..Tuesday 12 noon …..64 patients, 6 hours 45 minutes in the department.
Done a mid day one today, similar number of patient in department, and waiting time still well over the 4 hour target. Is that still the target in Wales?
If they turn up there, they are not going to be turned away even after being triaged, so I still say how many need or ought to be there ?
Friday December 8th , 12 ambulances waiting outside A&E at the Wrexham Maelor at 10.30 am. That’s 12 ambulances not available to answer life threatening emergencies in the community. People will be dying as a consequence of this.
Thursday December 14th mid day and waiting time down to 1 hour 45 minutes. Have noticed in previous weeks waiting times seem less on a Thursday. Is there a specific reason why ?
Wrexview:- Surely you cannot believe the figures that are being put out are correct. Thursday 14th Dec waiting time down to 1 hour 45 minutes at mid day, yet at 12.54 on the same day the wait time has risen to 5hrs 45 minutes with 77 patients.
