Strange, looks like one of those ‘I’m legitimising my assertive driving by indicating’ lane changes to me. A classic passive-aggressive manoeuvere that leaves no choice to the car behind borne out of a race to be at the head of the queue to my NON-PROFESSIONAL eyes, looks damn close as well.
