The brewery buildings and cellars were demolished in November 2003 and they have done NOTHING with the site!

Something should have been done to preserve this and make it into accomodation.

If I remember correctly a consortium wanted to brew Wrexham Lager there with a £1m refurbishment of the building – including tours and heritage areas.

Only problem was Carlsberg was still making Wrexham Lager in Leeds, so they wouldn’t agree to a profit share.
