New Build Council Houses

Good to see Wrexham Council proposing to build some new council housing. it maybe only three houses but at last they are proper homes for families. We are awash as a city with tiny flats with no outside space when there are hundreds of families that are crying out for a house as a home , with their own front door and some outside space. Can anyone identify any other little pockets of council owned land that could be used for new housing ?
