Wrexham Council is inviting members of the public to have their say on its online services and how they can be improved.
The Customer Access Engagement Strategy consultation is live until March 29.
It aims to collate feedback on the current digital services being offered by the local authority and how they can be improved.
As part of the work Wrexham Council is keen to find out:
- To what extent people use our online services
- Things that might stop people from accessing council services online
- Things that would encourage people to access more services online
- Ways our online services could be improved
- Any support people need to help them get online
- Opinions on the range of contact methods available
Cllr Beverley Parry-Jones, Lead Member for Corporate Services, said: “We want to get as many opinions as we can so we can continue to develop the many council services we provide online, and to help us support our digitally excluded residents.
“The Customer Access Engagement Strategy consultation is live until March 29 and it takes around 10-15 minutes to complete, so please take part if you can.”
You can take part in the consultation online on Your Voice here.Or if you prefer, a paper copy of the consultation can be printed on request at Contact Wrexham or at your local housing estate office.
