A Wrexham-based salon has made waves in the industry after securing five prestigious awards at a national ceremony.

Head Office Creative Hair Studios, based in The Stables, Regent Street, won Best Customer Experience, Best Salon Team, Best Salon for Hair Extensions, the Future Talent Award (Brittany Bagnall), and the Creative Image Award (Victoria Williams) at The Salon Awards.

The entire Head Office team made the journey to Manchester to attend the glamorous awards ceremony held at The Hilton and hosted by Salon Awards host and celebrity podcaster, Dominic Lehane on Sunday 19 November.

The prestigious awards, renowned for being an impartial industry platform, recognise the outstanding achievements and dedication of salons, hairdressers, and barbers across the country.

Head Office Creative Hair Studios was founded by acclaimed stylist Victoria Williams, who is renowned for her vision, expertise and passion.

Since starting out in the hairdressing industry over 20 years ago, it was always Victoria’s ambition to create an award-winning salon in North Wales.

In 2014, this dream became a reality when she launched Head Office Creative Hair Studios in Wrexham town centre.

Head Office salon and academy owner, Victoria Williams, said: “I’m so proud of my whole team for their achievements.

“We work very hard, so to be recognised collectively is the best feeling in the world.

“We pay so much attention to making sure that our clients feel special and pampered in the salon, so to know that we officially provide the best customer experience in Wales is just brilliant.

“Brittany winning the Future Talent award was a very special moment too, and we were all tearful as her name was announced.

“She’s only been with us for just over a year, and to see her professional growth has been a joy to watch.”
