Police appeal after two incidents in Rossett

Police are appealing for witnesses after two separate incidents in Rossett.

The first was reported to have taken place during the evening of Wednesday, September 20 when two front windows of a vehicle were smashed, while the driver was in the vehicle travelling along Llyndir Lane.

At around 1pm on Sunday, September 24, the same person was driving along Chester Road, Rossett, when their vehicle was hit by another car.

The car is reported to have driven off before turning right by the car garage, opposite Rossett Hall.

A  spokesperson for NWP Wrexham Rural said: Anyone who was driving in the area of Llyndir Lane after dark on September 20, or anyone who was in the area of Chester Road at around 1pm on September 24, and has dashcam footage, is asked to contact us as soon as possible, using reference number 23000926242.

“Anyone with any further information that could assist with our enquiries is asked to get in touch

“Alternatively, you can also contact the independent charity CrimeStoppers anonymously.”
