Wrexham Glyndwr University 47th in the annual Stonewall Top 100 Employer List

Wrexham Glyndwr University “is thrilled to announce” that it has been placed 47th in the annual Stonewall Top 100 Employer List, increasing its ranking by a phenomenal 133 places following the previous submission.  

The university has also achieved a Gold Employer Award; truly recognising the work that’s been undertaken to support our LGBTQ+ staff, students and the local community.

The ranking and award demonstrate to the wider community that Wrexham Glyndwr University is committed to driving LGBTQ+ inclusivity within their practices and procedures, promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

The university first submitted to the index in 2018, being placed at that point in 415th place. WGU has increased its ranking and by 368 places within 4 years.
