I’m sure like me most of you are hoping for a Welsh victory on Wednesday night, but I just want to spare a thought for the Portuguese people living in our community.

I know some of them have been feeling pretty vulnerable since the referendum vote, so I wanted to express the hope that if they do manage a win over Wales, we are big enough and strong enough to allow them their celebration. After all, it will take a great team to beat Chris Coleman’s boys.

The passionate Welsh fans lucky enough to be in France, have shown the way in celebrating and getting on with opposition fans, lets do the same.

Yes it was good to see the Belgium people applaud our lads even though they lost. I’m sure our lads will do the same
in defeat. Though I’m confident that the morale is so high that they will get through to the final.
