The Council have agreed that one of their EV chargers has never worked!
In a household a product supplied and fitted that didn’t work would be replaced , as it was not for for purpose. So what now ? Looks like more out sourcing by the Council. These third party companies seem able to run things and make a profit , why can’t the Council do this for themselves and make us the ratepayers a profit ?

These companies make a profit by overcharging the council (who are only to happy to pay the inflated prices as it’s not their money).

If the council run the services themselves, who do they overcharge?
