I doubt it. They are not paying, so the offices will stay nice and warm all Christmas.
The article on Warm Hubs states “Wrexham Council’s warm hubs will be open between Christmas and New Year” and “council has announced that Warm Places will operate at a number of public libraries”
But then goes on to say that all libraries will be closed over Christmas except for Wrexham.
What’s the point of warm hubs if you close them at the coldest time of year? I guess the walk into Wrexham from Chirk will warm old Betty up.
