The Rev. E. Tegla Davis , a Wesleyan Methodist Minister, born in Denbighshire and who served in the Coedpoeth Circuit, including Bathafarn Chapel, was offerered an OBE in the New Year’s Honours list of 1963 but turned it down. Do you know any of the others who turned down an Honour?
