“Councillors will agree proposals for the creation of a Town Board and Town Boundary, in order to “secure the Long-Term Plan for Towns programme in Wrexham, which includes funding of £20m over the next 10 years”.
Has this money actually been secured either already included in the Senedd budget or is it reliant on the agreement of the new incoming government in Westminster . If it is the latter then what chance of it actually happening ?
