Thieves Smash Car Window to Steal Handbag

A vehicle window has been damaged after thieves broke into the car to steal a handbag.

Police have since launched an appeal for information after a green handbag was stolen from a vehicle near Wrexham Town Centre.

Thieves stole the =handbag after smashing the window of a Volkswagen Polo, which was parked outside Powerzone gym on Rivulet Road, Wrexham.

The theft took place sometime between 5.40am and 6.30am on Friday July 24th.

The incident is one of a number of thefts from vehicle related break-ins to have taken place around Wrexham Town Centre over the past few weeks.
