Road closure on Holt/Farndon Bridge due to burst water main

An emergency road closure has been put in place on the Holt and Farndon Bridge.

A temporary traffic light system has been put in place while works take place to repair a burst water main.

A spokesperson for Wrexham Council said: “There are currently temporary lights, however a full road closure will soon be in place with works to fix a burst water main expected to take several days.

“Please avoid area.”

Businesses in the Holt and Farndon area remain open, with Bellis Brothers Farm Shop tweeting the below:
