A fortnight of resurfacing works to replace a length of defective surfacing to the A483 Single Carriageway South of Junction 1 began last night.

The scheme is being undertaken by Hogan Construction Ltd under the North Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency Framework Agreement.

The works will be undertaken overnight between the hours of 7pm and 6am.

A local diversion using the A539, B5605 and the A5 will be signed and used during working hours.

Information boards and variable message signs have been erected on the A483 to aid driver awareness and provide information.
