Police release CCTV image of man they want to speak to after “pointless damage” caused to several parked vehicles in Wrexham

Police have released a CCTV image of man following reports of criminal damage to multiple vehicles in Wrexham.

The incident occurred on Rivulet Road, Wrexham shortly before 6.45pm on 13 January, and involved a male who was witnessed damaging parked cars.

Police say “significant damage” was caused to these vehicles, specifically to wing mirrors which had been kicked off by the suspect.

The male, who has been described as white and in his twenties, was challenged by a resident at a nearby property and then fled on foot.

Police have now released this image was captured from CCTV at an address close to where this incident occurred.

Inspector Luke Hughes said: “It is incredibly frustrating when incidents like this occur, pointless damage committed for no other reason than this person’s inability to control their temper.

“It is disgusting and I can assure you we will be doing everything we can to locate this individual.”
