Police have issued an appeal for information following a forced entry to a house in Acrefair from men pretending to be police.

Local officers say on Monday (6th December) at around 7.10pm, 3 men forced entry into a house on Bethania Road in Acrefair and stole items from the property.

They told the elderly occupant they were police, before making off in two cars.

Police said, “We are appealing to anyone who may have CCTV footage, dash cam footage or has any information relating to this incident to contact us via live webchat online, or on 101 quoting ref 21000845813”
