Man Arrested on Suspicion of Burglary at Bangor-on-Dee Pub

A man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary at a pub in Bangor-on-Dee.

The burglary, at the Buck House Hotel, took place at 12.01am on Monday 20 February, when suspects broke into the premises and made off with the safe.

Today police have confirmed that a 32-year-old man from the Wrexham area has been arrested on suspicion of burglary at the premises.

DI Mark Hughes said; “ I would like to thank the public for their assistance as we investigate a number of recent burglaries and robberies in the Wrexham area.

“I would encourage people to continue to pass on any information which may assist our investigations, either by calling police 101 or if someone would prefer to pass on information anonymously please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
