Firefighters at Johnstown Fire Station and Wrexham’s Ambulance and Fire Services Resource Centre (ACSRC) on Croesnewydd Road are hosting car washes to raise funds for The Fire Fighters Charity.

The car wash at Johnstown Fire Station will be taking place this Saturday (23rd) between 10am and 3pm and the car wash at Wrexham’s AFSRC will take place on Thursday, 28th October between 10am and 4pm.

This will be the first charity car wash hosted at the AFSRC site, which also serves as a base for colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust.

Amy Croxton, Watch Manager, Red Watch, Wrexham, said: “We’re getting ready with our sponges – come and see us to get your car cleaned and raise money for a worthy cause.

“We can’t wait to see you all.”
