Llay Raid Recovers Drugs and Firearms

Yes, we need more pictures of Llay!

Local residents in and around Llay started getting in touch wondering why the police helicopter was disturbing their sunbathing. The reports developed to give a picture of nine police cars attending a raid on a property on Council Street / Bryn Place, which was locally rumoured to be drugs related.

Chris Jones told us that local youths had said they had seen firearms and drugs taken away in evidence bags from the property.
