The full line-up for the eagerly anticipated Focus Wales 2012: Music Festival & Conference is finally unveiled.

Focus Wales is a brand new music festival and conference, which will take place in Wrexham town centre over the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st of April this year.

The Focus Wales weekend will see many music venues and spaces taken over for the festival and showcasing live music from across Wales and beyond throughout the daytime and evenings.

Headlining the four days is:

Gallops – the four piece from Wrexham have played Radio 1’s Big Weekend and various high profile shows around the world. They will perform at South Central Bar on the opening night of the event on Wednesday 18th April.

Jodie Marie – The young singer songwriter from Pembrokeshire who recently signed to the world famous VERVE label and is set for big things this year with her latest single A listed on BBC Radio 2. She will headline at St Giles Parish Church on Thursday 19th. Meanwhile Aberystwyth’s Race Horses and Anglesey’s Bastions headline shows at Central Station and South Central on the same evening.

Jamie Smith’s Mabon, Bensh and Yucatan head up Friday 20th, leaving Manchester’s indie-electro outfit The Whip to take charge at Central Station for the festival finale on the Saturday evening, where they will also be joined by Bangor’s Masters In France.

The full festival line up consists of over 80 acts across the 4 days, showcasing the best of new music happening in Wales at this moment; including fantastic acts from across the UK, and international performers from Croatia, Australia, Japan and the U.S.A.

The weekend wristband allows access to all of the ticketed venues and concerts advertised, and the events have been scheduled to ensure wristband and ticket holders can see all of the main venue headline acts on each night.

Focus Wales Music Festival & Conference will take place on Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th, Friday 20th & Saturday 21st April.

Weekend wristbands are available now at £22.00 each and permit access to every venue on every show day (subject to capacity).

Alternatively, for those who don’t want to attend the whole festival but would like to be at certain performances, individual show tickets are also available.
