At half eight this morning we tweeted after seeing two fire engines shoot out of the town to the north of Wrexham.

They arrived at Gladwyn Road in Little Acton seconds later where a flat was on fire.

The fire service confirm two appliances were sent from Wrexham with one person treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.
