The Nags Head public house in Ridley Wood which was damaged by an arson attack in March has re-opened after a £100,000 refurbishment.

Under the new ownership of Husband and Wife team Alan and Laura Jones, the pub was opened on July 2nd by Isycoeds oldest resident, 92 year old Mrs Connie Baker who used to work in the pub. Around 400 people turned up for the evening to enjoy a free bbq and a look around the development.

Unfortunately due to the extent of the damage caused by the fire the pub has now got a new phone number and anyone with enquiries or booking is asked to contact 01978 664248.
