Original story below…
The exit slip road on A55 Westbound (Junction 38) A483 Wrexham Road is down to one lane due to a car fire and smoke blowing across the lanes.

Both lanes of the sliproad were temporarily closed.

Traffic is queuing in that area as a result of the incident and there are delays in the area.

Anna Roberts tweeted Wrexham.com saying: “Car fire near Posthouse Roundabout apparently – A55 west bound at a standstill.”

Dan Roach added that traffic had not moved for ’10-15 minutes’.

Thanks to ‘Wills’ for sending us the above photograph of  the A483 Posthouse Roundabout slip road at 5pm.
