Two Car Arsons Overnight In Wrexham

Firefighters from Wrexham were called to two car arson incidents in the Wrexham area overnight.

The first incident took place in Stanley Grove, Ruabon at around 12:49am.

A Johnstown fire crew attended the scene, however the engine of a Citroen Xsara was left badly damaged as a result of the incident.

The second incident took place on Ash Grove, Plas Madoc in Acrefair at 1:04am where a Vauxhall Astra was left gutted by the fire.

A spokesman for North Wales Police said both incidents are being treated as arson and anyone with any further information is advised to call 101.
