A driver has told Wrexham.com how a brick was thrown at his vehicle this morning, believed to be from the Rossett bridge over the bypass.

The driver told us he wanted to warn drivers on the bypass to ‘watch out’ , saying “I was driving towards Chester this morning and a brick of some sort was thrown from the bridge after the Rossett turn off, it went through my rear windscreen, and could have caused a major accident.”

The incident occurred around 7:30am this morning.

Police have told us that despite this incident being reported to them earlier today there has been no other similar incidents recorded.
