Local police are appealing for witnesses following reports of two vehicle thefts in the Wrexham area.

They say the first incident was reported shortly before 1.40am on Tuesday (October 19th) when a black Audi S4 (GX18 YBF) pictured above was stolen from a property in Castle Gate, Holt.

It is believed the vehicle is now using false number plates.

The second incident was later the same day shortly after at 7.30am, when reports of a second burglary were made on Higher Berse Road, Southsea, where a white Volkswagen Crafter van (BX17 ZGE) was stolen.

The van is reported to have been taken sometime between 10.36pm on Monday (October 18th) and 7.37am on Tuesday (October 19th).

Officers say, “Anyone who has seen similar vehicles parked up, where the owner is unknown, is asked to contact officers on 101, or via the North Wales Police website, using reference numbers 21000725708 regarding the Volkswagen Crafter van (BX17 ZGE) or 21000725457 regarding the Black Audi S4 (GX18 YBF)”.
