Vacant office space in Wrexham town centre could be converted into apartments.

In an application submitted to Wrexham Council it has been proposed that the vacant office space, above Argyle Arch on Hope Street in the town centre, is turned into residential space.

If approved the offices would be converted into five self-contained apartments.

Details provided in the application note that two of the units would consist of one bedroom and the remaining three would be two bedroom.

The five apartments would also be spread across the first, second and third floors.

The application is expected to go before Wrexham Council’s planning committee at a later date.
