If you are aged 18-39 the health board are inviting you to a COVID-19 vaccination clinic if you are registered with specific surgeries.

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are inviting people to come forward if they are registered with any of the following surgeries:

  • Crane Medical Centre
  • Hanmer Surgery
  • Chirk Surgery
  • Overton Medical Practice
  • Llangollen Health Centre
  • Gardden Road Surgery
  • Ruabon Medical Centre
  • Beech Avenue practice
  • Those patients registered at Caritas Surgery’s Cefn Mawr clinic are also able to attend.

These are for people aged 18-39 years old who have not yet had the 1st dose of a vaccine.

The session is on Saturday 12th June 2021 at Plas Madoc Leisure Centre, Llangollen Road, LL14 3HL between 2.30pm – 6.30pm.

The health board say, “Please ensure you are not currently self-isolating, symptomatic of COVID or had a positive test in the last 28 days.”

Patients from other practices are asked not to attend as they will NOT be given a vaccination as the GP cluster seeks to manage the vaccine supply across the local area.

To book your appointment please go to https://cutt.ly/Plas-Madoc4—C19. You are asked to arrive on time.

If you have an existing appointment at another session, please keep to the original date.

This vaccination centre will operate by appointment only, so please do not turn up if you have not been able to make an appointment through the link provided.
